I am a Registered Social Worker, M.S.W,, RSW. I work from a trauma-informed, client centered solution foccused approach. This means that I will support your goal for therapy using therapeutic approaches that suits your needs and work for you.
I am trained in Acceptance and Committement Therapy (ACT), Dialectic Behavioral Therapy (DBT), Mindulness Therapy, and Narrative Therapy,
I speak fluently both English and French and so, am happy to use either language in therapy.
